DELIVERY
The parcel is sent within 1-3 working days after the payment is registered.
Then the courier company delivers the parcel – time of delivery depends on destination country.
The cost of delivery abroad is valued depending on destination country: 13 – 33 EUR .
Shipping costs are visible at the final stage of order processing, after destination data is entered.

RETURNS
The consumer may, within 14 days, withdraw from the Sales Agreement (make a return).
In order to make a return you should:
- Send a statement about the desire to withdraw from the Sales Agreement (make a return) to the below e-mail address:
or by post to the following address:

- Send the purchased products via the Post Office or a package delivery company.
In case of sending a statement by the Consumer by e-mail, the Seller shall immediately send to the Consumer, at the e-mail address provided by the Consumer, a confirmation of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the Agreement.
Reimbursement of payments will be made by the Seller using the same methods of payment as were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to
other solution that will not entail any costs for him.
The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of sending the returned Product to the Seller.
